Amuseables Horatio Pistachio

Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. Hell tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.

Despite the grand name, Horatios always been shy until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, hes happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and confident.

Hes brought you a batch to try. Be kind hes still learning to temper!
