Catan: Sailors (Danish)

In the first expansion to the classic Catan (also known as Settlers of Catan or Settlers), players take to the sea. Seafarers contains a series of scenarios where the island of Catan is divided into smaller islands, which can only be reached using boats that players can now build.

Seafarers offers much more variation, so if you’re getting a bit tired of harvesting resources on the same island in every game, then Seafarers is an obvious expansion.

The set comes with a series of pre-constructed scenarios that change the strategies from game to game.

NOTE! The Danish edition of Catan has plastic pieces and smaller cards than the English edition, so it only works with other Danish expansions and base games. Furthermore, the 2015 edition contains thicker terrain tiles, which are best suited for the 2015 base game.
