Moulin Roty Magic Spirals Set – Spirograph Set

A complete set of large frames and small gearwheels for creating amazing shapes in all sorts of colours and designs! To use with felt tips or coloured pencils.

• Place a ring on a sheet of paper and secure it to prevent movement.
• Insert a gear inside or outside the ring.
• Insert the tip of a pen or pencil into one of the holes in the gear.
• Move the gear around the ring while keeping the pen in the hole.
• As you move the gear around the ring, the pen traces out a complex, repeating pattern on the paper.
• By using different holes and gears, you can create a wide variety of intricate designs.
• Change the gear or the hole used to alter the pattern.
• Use multiple colours to enhance the visual appeal of the design.

Spirograph teaches principles of geometry, patterns, and symmetry and encourages fine motor skills and creativity.

Invented by British engineer Denys Fisher and first sold in 1965, Spirograph remains a popular drawing tool for both children and adults who enjoy creating detailed and beautiful mathematical patterns.
